Terms & Conditions

  1. I/My guests are participating at my/our own risk and agree to be bound by and comply with such rules, terms and conditions as may be imposed by HIBA Gardens and its representatives.

  2. Tour groups must not enter the gardens without a HIBA Gardens Guide unless your visit is agreed to be self-guided prior to your arrival. Some areas of the garden (such as the residential premises, workshops and garden sheds and their immediate surroundings) are strictly out of bounds.

  3. All rubbish and waste must be removed from HIBA Gardens by you and your guests. Unfortunately at this time HIBA Gardens is unable to offer toilets/washrooms, waste bins, or picnic facilities.

  4. HIBA Gardens include mixed terrain landscapes. Some areas of the garden may be slippery, wet, muddy, or otherwise dirty. You/Your guests must take full responsibility for your personal belongings during the visit. We recommend wearing appropriate enclosed-toe outdoor footwear.

  5. Not all areas of HIBA Gardens are accessible for the mobility challenged. Some areas of the gardens are ONLY accessible via steps or narrow paths and may not always have hand railings for support. HIBA Gardens takes no responsibility for providing accessible entry to the gardens.

  6. Causing damage or disrepair to HIBA Gardens, its plants and infrastructure - including picking flowers - will not be tolerated and may result in your tour’s termination.

  7. By entering HIBA Gardens, you, your business and/or agency and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless HIBA Gardens, its staff and volunteers, against any claim for loss, damages or injury arising from your visit.

  8. I understand that the personal information I provide for this enquiry and leading up to my visit to HIBA Gardens is necessary for the visit to be coordinated. I accept the terms and conditions listed above.
